Shaheen performed a comprehensive audit of telecommunication contracts, services, billing, and technology; Shaheen found that the carrier was not honoring the terms of the contract, resulting in low seven-figures of refunds for the client. The correction of the contractual errors reduced annual billing by $300,000.
