Shaheen is a women-owned and operated business and has received numerous third-party certifications including WBENC, the City & State of New York, Massachusetts, and Virginia. We’ve also participated as the approved telecom auditor for numerous county and state contracts; a few are listed below.

Shaheen is a certified WBE by WBENC since 2013.
Society of Communications Technology Consultants
Each year, Shaheen renews its certification with the Society of Communications Technology Consultants. This commitment ensures that we do not accept any payments from outside parties and act only in the best interest of our clients.
Armonk Chamber of Commerce
Located in Armonk, NY, Shaheen & Associates has been a member of the Armonk Chamber of Commerce since 2010.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
In 2011, Shaheen was selected as an approved vendor on the state contract to conduct telecom audits for any state entity, municipality, hospital, or school system. Shaheen is currently under contract and conducting audit services with municipal entities, hospitals, and schools.
Commonwealth of Virginia
Shaheen is a certified small-business and women-owned business by the Department of Minority Business Enterprises. Shaheen’s satellite location opened up in Charlottesville, VA, in 2013.
Maryland
In 2011, Shaheen was selected as an approved vendor on the state contract to conduct telecom audits for any state entity, municipality, hospital, or school system. Shaheen is currently under contract and conducting audit services with various municipal entities in Montgomery County due to an RFP awarded in January 2013.
